Preparat dodaje się do nowego oleju silnikowego (silniki benzynowe oraz Diesla). BG RF-7 przywraca prawidłowe ciśnienie sprężania poprzez doszczelnienie pierścieni tłokowych. Preparat zawiera składniki chroniące olej silnikowy przed utlenianiem i zagęszczaniem. Zmniejsza przedmuchy i wycisza pracę popychaczy. Preparat powoduje również zmniejszenie zużycia oleju, zmniejszenie emisji spalin, zapobiega dymieniu i wycisza pracę silnika. Preparat nie ogranicza przepływu oleju w filtrze.
